The Maison Saint-Charles is located on land that was formerly used as a parking lot, between two residences in the Pointe-Saint-Charles district in Montreal. Inside, half-levels have been arranged, giving the house a layout of five half-floors. At the heart of the house, a monumental staircase ensures the connection between the street and the living spaces.
